Wholeheartedly agree with the philosophy, because it's always formed part of mine. Prestige and stamp collection is not akin to the ability to build a thing people want. But what's at the end of almost every pitch deck. A team slide. What's usually on that. A bunch of logos. What's on many founders LinkedIns. Ex-management consultancy, Ex-insert now successful startup, Ex fancy institution etc. Who encourages this. Most advisors and investors to demonstate your credibility and that at least previously included EF. How do I know. I sat there and listened to your teams say this whilst on EF. Deep tech can be a bit skewed though and some of the credentials at certain places do give the necessary exposure to those fields to be minimally informed. Would be interesting to see how the EF process has changed to not necessarily weight for prestige on entry. For our own recruitment. We don't consider where someone did their degree or if they even did one and try to assess based on build ability using different measures.

Yeah but when you don't have those credentials you don't get in, I applied probably more than 6 times already and I probably need to get one of those credentials to get into EF but I'll keep trying, ain't no stopping me
